Development

Similar to our ‘Rookies’ programme, our ‘Development’ programme is designed for athletes 13+. The difference is we pick up the intensity and drive in everything we do. Our goal is to give your athlete the motivation, skills, mindset, and tools to succeed in sport and life.

Your athlete will learn

  • Myofascial Release Techniques (through foam rolling)
  • Iron Up Sports activation techniques and drills for warming up
  • Speed Mechanics
  • Change of Direction mechanics
  • Footwork
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Mindset and goal setting
  • Nutrition advice
  • Recovery techniques

This programme is 1 hour 15minutes long. This is a one-stop station to learn the techniques, mindset, recovery and nutrition to take you to the next level.  With our help, we will ensure you are at peak performance.
