Our ‘rookies’ class is designed to get our athletes ages 9-12-year olds to train like an elite athlete. If your child has aspirations to take their sport to the next level, this is the programme for them.

Your athlete will learn

  • Iron Up Sports activation techniques and drills for warming up
  • Speed Mechanics
  • Change of Direction mechanics
  • Footwork
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Mindset and goal setting
  • Nutrition advice
  • Recovery techniques

Our sessions are 1 hour and 15minutes long. We work with your athletes by setting goals and making them accountable to their goals, with our help. We create a culture which your athlete will feel valued and want to work hard with like-minded-athletes.
